links with industry

LabEx Partner's

The PRIMES members have already developed privileged relationships with industrial partners in the Rhône-Alpes Auvergne region, as evidenced by the large number of CIFRE doctoral scholarships and the letters of support drawn up by various companies during the submission of this project. It is expected that the visibility of the research conducted within the LabEx will increase these relationships, especially as the research themes of PRIMES are associated with essential technological developments.

PRIMES is already connected to the economic regional
world through the close links that its members have with the following structures:
The primary mission of the CLARA (Cancéropôle Lyon Auvergne Rhône-Alpes) is to unify cancer research. Based on the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, the canceropole makes it possible to establish long-term links between academics, clinicians and private companies. The funding of applied research projects, in particular through the proof-of-concept program, involves all players concerned by the fight against cancer and ensures a rapid and efficient transfer of knowledge and innovation to patients and industry
The Biopôle is a competitiveness cluster accredited in 2005 that already has collaborations with a partner of PRIMES (CREATIS). It is a center of excellence bringing together various expertise aereas on vaccines and diagnosis, focusing on the fight against cancer and infectious diseases of humans and animals. Today, 85 members make up the Biopôle, including 4 pharmaceutical industries, 67 small and medium-sized enterprises and 14 resource and knowledge centers. As a real interface between public and private research, Biopôle's missions are to promote exchanges between its members, to facilitate scientific collaboration and the setting up of partnerships, to support high-potential projects for national financing and to provide a quality environment for the development of R & D in its fields of activity.

LabEx industrial days

Organized in 2014 and 2017, these industrial days are intended to meet researchers from PRIMES network teams and companies involved in the fields of medical imaging or innovative radiotherapy.

These days allow participants to discuss their activities and interests, their collaborative needs, to discover mutual research themes, projects and the know-how of each participant.
