Welcome by CREATIS-5 team
Expertise in Muscular Physiology and the Development of In Vivo NMR Spectroscopy Protocols for the Study of the Metabolic Function of Skeletal Muscle
this collaboration aims to 1) to implement phosphorus spectroscopy 31 on the clinical scanners of Saint Etienne University Hospital to allow the investigation of the metabolic function of skeletal muscle and to bring our expertise in the analysis and the interpretation of the data to open the use of this method to other collaborators. And 2) to benefit from the CREATIS group's international expertise in terms of acquisition and processing of spectroscopy and multi-nuclei imaging data to develop new strategies relevant for the evaluation and study of the muscular function of the healthy and pathological muscle. 3) to benefit from the potential of recruiting specific patients population on the University Hospital of Saint-Etienne so 4) to consider responses to transatlantic calls for projects such as the Leducq Foundation for example.
