Welcome by CREATIS-1 team

The project is in perfect harmony with the central theme of the WP-4, namely the multidimensional image processing for an emerging imaging technique very promising in the clinic. This project involves magnetic resonance imaging of the water diffusion tensor, which, by measuring the local phase shift in 3D, allows access to the nanometric displacements of water in the tissues. The challenge is all the greater as the target organ is the heart, which in vivo, during its beat, make cyclic displacements of several cm.
