March - French American Innovation Day

French-American Innovation Days, organized since 2001 by the Office for Science and Technology of the Embassy of France in the United States, are events that bring together prominent French and American experts to discuss innovation topics in order to foster transatlantic connections in research and innovation. Organized at the Texas Medical Center Innovation Institute , the 2019 FAID conference will focus on the two following themes: – Computer-Assisted Surgery & 3D Visualization Tools – AI & Machine-Learning in Medical Imagery and Healthcare
The FAID program includes:
– Expert scientific talks;
– Short presentations of French and American startups;
– Poster presentations and networking times.
Attending the conference
American actors of research and innovation within the scope of the French American Innovation Day are encouraged to attend:
As a start-up: you can present your activities during a pitch session in each topical session
As a researcher – including students: you can present a poster
