Said method comprises: determining (150) a quantity Qi representing a quantity of a given chemical species R, produced by radiolysis of the intracellular medium of the biological cells under the effect of the dose D of the first ionising radiation, when said cells have the partial oxygen pressure P; and determining (152) a dose D' of a second ionising radiation to be applied to the biological cells in order to obtain the same quantity Qi, by radiolysis of said cellular medium, when said cells have a partial oxygen pression P2.
